SHIPPING

Poppi Avenue ships all orders tracked using Yodel, Royal Mail and Royal Mail International. The order details will be sent to you by email only (this will be the email used by you to place the order):

  • once payment has been accepted; and

  • our warehouse receives a notification of your order placed.

 

Note: Please check all email folders, including junk and spam for proof of order.

Please be aware we aim to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours not including weekends and UK bank holidays. During busy periods, this time may increase to 48 hours, maximum. Delivery time per country will differ, and all orders are currently dispatched from our UK based warehouse. We cannot be held liable for any delays once the order leave Poppi Avenue warehouse.

All orders are sent with duties and taxes included so you will not have to pay anything extra.​

RETURNS

At Poppi Avenue, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item (earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons), subject to the following terms and conditions:

We offer refunds as long as they are within 30 days of the date of purchase, and qualifies eligible for return. Please check below for more information.

To request a refund, please use our Online Returns Portal.

Items that are not eligible for returns are the following:

  • Earrings & Huggies 

  • Individual Products in Sets - The products must be returned, unused, as a set in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

All returns must be the following to be eligible for a return:

  • Unworn

  • No signs of wear or damage

  • In its original condition and packaging

We have the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. If the item is deemed to be non-refundable, the items will be sent back to you or a store credit of the total value of the return. The refund or store credit will not include any original shipping fees.

 

Refunds are usually processed within 8-10 working days of us receiving the item(s). Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method.

Please note, once we have processed your return, an email will be sent to you to confirm that your refund has been issued, if eligible.

We do not allow exchanges. We do not allow cancellation of orders already placed. You will need to return the item for a refund or store credit.

​

Store credits will only be issued if the item item is out of stock, or a suitable alternative cannot be recommended at the time of return.

​

Refunds do not include any shipping costs and gifting costs. Non-refundable gifting costs include:

  • cost of gift note

  • cost of gift bag​

If your item is faulty, we will request images/proof of the fault to proceed with the refund.

Returns
Cost

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your parcel. If you opt for self-shipping, please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.

We cannot be held liable for any missing returns and errors made by couriers or yourself when self-shipping. This is a third party service not linked to Poppi Avenue.

Changes to
Return 
Policy

Poppi Avenue reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website and automatically supersede any prior policy's in place.
